2018 Application Process
The Executive Office of Elder Affairs (EOEA) contracts with 26 Aging Services Access Points (ASAPs) to administer programs for persons 60 years of age and over. BayPath Elder Services is a non-profit agency which administers the homecare program in 14 Massachusetts communities (Ashland, Dover, Framingham, Holliston, Hopkinton, Hudson, Marlborough, Natick, Northborough, Sherborn, Southborough, Sudbury, Wayland, and Westborough).
To apply to be a BayPath provider, please submit one hard copy of all required responses and materials to BayPath at 33 Boston Post Road West, Marlborough, MA 01752 by June 17, 2018 at 5:00 p.m.
This RFP does not commit any individual ASAP to award a contract or to pay for costs associated with the preparation of this proposal. Each ASAP negotiates its own rates and reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal.
Successful proposals will result in contracts effective October 1, 2018. BayPath Elder Services, Inc. will make an individual determination to award a one, two, or maximum of three year contract.
