Marlborough Supportive Housing Program
The Supportive Housing Program is a joint partnership between the MCDA and BayPath Elder Services. The goal of the program is to provide all residents living at 240 Main Street, 397 Bolton Street and 29 Pleasant Street with on-site services that support their independence, safety, enjoyment and well-being.
The following benefits are offered through the program:
On-Site, On-Call, 24/7 Personal Care Worker
The on-call staff members will be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to respond to the urgent issues of all residents. The on-call staff members are employed by Partners HealthCare at Home, who have partnered with BayPath and the MCDA. In addition to responding to urgent requests from residents, the staff will also provide services to current BayPath clients. Any resident of any of the three housing sites, regardless of age or if they receive BayPath services, can call the 24/7 on-call staff for assistance with urgent issues.
As part of the program, there is a full-time

The coordinator is based at 240 Main Street and available for home or office visits at all three sites.
Educational and Social Activities
A number of educational opportunities are provided to residents, including healthy living programs, informational sessions and other topics of interest. We are also available on a limited basis with social activity programming in conjunction with the tenants' association.
